Customized Rotor Lamination Motor Rotor Core 0.5mm Thickness 0.02mm Tolerance For AC
Motor laminations form the core of an electric motor’s stator and rotor. They consist of thin metal sheets that are stacked, welded, or bonded together. By making them from individual pieces of metal rather than a solid pieces, they experience less eddy current losses.
Our factory has specialized steel processing centers for new energy automobile motors, electrical appliances motors, steel plate cutting and stamping. At present, we have three lines, namely thick plate slitting shear line, thin plate slitting shear line and ultra-thin slitting shear line.
