1. F：Does this bike have a twist throttle or thumb throttle?
A：Use the + and - buttons on the left grip to adjust the speed range, and twist the throttle on the right grip to adjust the speed in the range
2.F:Can the battery be recharged while it is on the bike?
A:You can charge the battery directly on the bike , or just remove it to charge.
3. F: Are the lights and display powered by the main battery?
A: Yes Both display and lights are battery powered.
4.F: handlebar height adjustable or fixed height?
A:The handle bar height is fixed.
5.F:Would a trailer mount with a 7/16. Hole fit on the rear axel?
A:Dear customer, the rear axle is metric M12 and is not suitable for 7/16 trailer.
6.F:Is there much assembly required to start riding?
A:No, it’s not that much assembly at all. If I remember, it’s pretty much ready to go straight out of the box. I believe the only thing that I had to assemble was the handlebars amd the seat.
7.F:How to take out the battery?
A:Turn the key to unlock and push upward, so that the battery can be removed and charged.
8.F:Can I charge my phone? I have my own phone holder?
A:Yes, of course, there is a USB charging port on the meter.
9.F:How does Push Assist mode work?
A:Thanks for your question. When the electric bike is powered on, long press the "∨" button, then the e-bike will keep a constant speed of 3 MPH. Push Assist mode is very useful when you want to push while walking or when the battery is low. Wish it is helpful to you.

A:Yep, all through the downtube to the handlebar
