A: Of course. Please provide the picture/logo/contact information/the text content you need, We will send you a draft for your reference.

Q: If I have my design, what kind of file format do you need?

A: We prepare the PDF file, or TIFF, PS, AI, INDD.

Bleed size: 2-3mm, resolution: at least 300 DPI.

Q: What is the paper material of the thank you card?

A: We normally use the 300gsm glossy coated paper, we also have other kinds of paper like texture paper, white card, if you need pls contact us. 

Q: Can you print a sample for my card? What are the sample fee and print time?

A: Sure, the sample needs 2 working days for printing, sample fee of different products is different, pls contact us for more details.

Q: What is needed to get a quotation?

A: Quantity, specifications (size, design, material), and delivery place.

Q: How can I make the payment?

A: Please send the consignee information. (address, contact person name, and shipping address)

Q: When we can start the production?

A: We will arrange the production after the payment been done and the printing file been confirmed.

A: Printing takes 2-4 working days, shipping by express usually takes 7-11 working days to overseas countries, 1-2 working days within China.

Q: May I see the product before shipping?

A: Yes, we will send you the picture and video for your confirmation before arranging the shipment.
