Gas Fired Fire Tube Boiler 2tph Steam Output for Food Industry
WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler. After fuel is being atomized by burner, flame is full of the wave furnace and transfer heat via furnace wall, this is 1st pass; the high temperature smoke is collected in reversal chamber and then enters 2nd pass which is grooved tubes bundle area; after heat convection, air temperature gradually falls and goes to front smoke box and turn to 3rd pass, which is smooth tubes bundle area, and then enters chimney passing back smoke box and exhausted to the atmosphere.
ZOZEN WNS two-pass gas steam boiler has the advantages of energy conservation, high thermal efficiency and compact structure. The combustion structure is optimized to have more steam storage room and heating area, which can effectively produce high quality steam. The boiler system uses the efficienct heat transfer element threaded smoke tube, which improves the overall thermal efficiency to 98%.

3. Quality warrantee
The seller guarantee quality of the machines for a period of 12 months from the date of trial run finish, but not to exceed 18 months from date on which the goods leave factory. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, the seller should replace free-of-cost.
4.Terms of payment
T/T 30% of total contract value as down payment;
T/T or L/C 70% of total contract value before delivery.
5.Claim
Any claims by the buyers regarding the machines shipped should be filed within 30 days after arrival of machines at the destination specified in the relative B/L and supported by a survey report issued by a surveyor approved by the sellers, otherwise the sellers shall refuse to consider. Claims in respect of matters within responsibility of insurance company and/or shipping company will not be considered by the seller.
6. What is the using life of your boiler?
A:Normally the boiler is designed for 20 years life span, but with right operation and good maintenance,the boiler can be used for 20-25 years.
