IGCr15 is the most commonly used high chromium bearing steel with high hardenability and can achieve high and uniform hardness

Heat treatment and standard
Hot working specification: start temperature 1000-1050 ℃, end temperature 850 ℃.Quenching and tempering specifications: Quenching temperature 730-760 ℃, water cooling, water oil dual liquid cooling or alkali bath cooling, quenching hardness 56HRC. Tempering temperature 160-180 ℃.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES
Used for parts with sliding parts that require high hardness and wear resistance, such as guide pins, bushings, thimbles, exit pins, reset pins, and other mold guide parts.
Suitable for making cold working mold parts, simple molds or stamping mold punches with low service life requirements.
