UL50D Diesel Underground Loader
SAFE & RELIABLE
UL50D is a safe, durable and efficient underground scraper, suitable for mining operations in underground tunnels and engineering construction tunnels with a working face greater than 3.1×3.1 meters, with a standard bucket capacity of 2.5m³, the maximum shovel force can reach 103KN.
ECONOMIC & EFFCIENT
UL50D power adopts Cummins QSB4.5 engine with strong turbocharged, electronically controlled high pressure common rail, the maximum torque can reach 620N﹒m, The transmission system adopts the Volvo Temporary gearbox and torque converter which have been deeply adjusted , which has good system stability and higher work efficiency.

Normally closed wet drive axle, limited-slip reducer, brake not loose and prevent slipping, boom safety lock, 3 safety brake valves, convenient for operation/maintenance personnel to deal with emergencies and safer operation; Wear-resistant Hardox 500 steel plate, Eaton hydraulic hose, German standard PVBR wire, IP67 waterproof and dustproof connector, 10 micron hydraulic oil filtration twice before leaving the factory, centralized lubrication, up to 80% of routine maintenance can be floor-mounted maintenance, with professional technology to upgrade good customer service;
