Principles of Vacuum Forming :
The technology of Vacuum Forming is a method for thermo-forming. It is a method of using the thermoplastic sheet to make an opening of the housing of the article. Cut the plastic sheet into special size first, and then heat and soften the sheet through the huge pressure difference on both sides of the sheet or mechanical pressure, this can make the sheet attached with the surface of the mold after heating and deforming, next through cooling and shaping, the sheet can be vacuumed into various shapes of cover, plastic trays, bubble shell etc.
