A3: YES. Please send us logo files with "AI, CDR, HD picture(PDF, JPG)" format.
Q4: I need some product very urgent, how soon can I get it?
A4: Usually we can produce them within 7 days. But please send your design and quantity to our sales to confirm.
Q5: The express ( UPS / TNT / DHL / FEDEX ) lost / broken my parcel, how could I do?
A5: If you didn't receive your parcel in time, please feel free to contact us, we will track the parcel for you.- If you receive it, but it's broken, part or all of the products are broken or lost, please take photo and refused to sign for it, then please send photo to us, we will contact the express for claim and re-make products for you for free if you still need them.
