     A:Payment methods: T/T, Western Union, PayPal 
Payment Term: 30% deposit for order confirmation, 70% balance payment before shipment.

4. Q: Can I add private logo to marker pens?
     A: Yes.As we have our own factory, customer logos are welcome. 

5. Q:Can you use this on a black dry erase board?
     A:Yes!!! That’s what we bought them for. They work really well. I highly recommend them. 

6. Q:What's your delivery date?
     A:10~15 days in normal season, 25~35days in peak season.

7. Q:Can you provide a free sample?
     A:Yes, we'd love to provide a few samples for your testing, you only need to pay for the shipping cost.
