A: We are factory manufacturer,our factory about 30,000 square meters.
Q: Where is your factory&show room located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, China, about 1 hour from Guangzhou to factory. And our show room is located in Guangzhou, which is about 20 minutes away from Baiyun International Airport. Welcome to visit us!
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is our culture. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our company has gained CE,ROHS,SGS,ISO9001:2000, Pass the On site Check and Supplier Assessment of Alibaba.
Q: What is your company advantages?
A: We have excellent design, manufacture, installation ,after sales service.We are SUPER A GRADE supplier. We have our own factory & showroom. We have a competitive price of the swimming pool & spa, steam room & sauna room in China.We had pass the CE, RoHS, SAA, SASO certification.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, and Bank Transfer, also you can give us cash.
Q: Do you quote at the price of FOB?
A: We usually give the price at EXW (factory price). If needed, we also can give the price at FOB or other terms.
Q:Can you customize / personalize as per our design?
A:Yes, we can accept both OEM & ODM designs. Please feel free to send artworks.
Q:Can we have a sample before bulk production?
A:Yes, sure! A sample before production is necessary. We can provide free sample to you if we have existing, but freight will be collected on your side. For custom design, we will need to charge certain sampling cost, which can be refundable if your quantity reaches.
