Working principle
In operation, material is fed as a slurry of minerals and water into a rotating bowl that includes special fluidized grooves or riffles to capture the heavies.
Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water is introduced through the multiple fluidization holes in the inner cone to keep the bed with heavy minerals. Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water plays an important role during the separation.

Capacities range from laboratory scale to 150 tons of solids per hour.Beneficiation test shows that the recovery can be 99%,especially for recovering the natural lode ore gold,when 65% Grind size are smaller than 0.074mm,the recovery is expected up to 98%.For 0.004mm size natural gold, the recovery is 97%.
