Q1: How can I customize? | ||||||||
(1) Send your design to us by photos, sketch, tech-pack, etc. | ||||||||
(2) Choose fabric and colors . | ||||||||
(3) Quote on your designs, but for complex designs, quote come after making sample. | ||||||||
(4) Confirm color, size and other necessary details. | ||||||||
(5) We start sampling after you finish payment through sample link. | ||||||||
Q2: What is your MOQ？ | ||||||||
(1) Simple styles, like T-shirt, 50 pieces per design, 1 color, 3 sizes. | ||||||||
(2) Complex styles,like jacket, 100-300 pieces per design, 1 colour, 4-5 sizes. | ||||||||
Q3:What’s your sample fee? | ||||||||
(1) Design Service $30 2. Paper Pattern $20 3. Fabric & Trim $20 4. Stitching & Sewing $30 5. Technical Support $30, Like printing, embroidery, tie dye, etc. | ||||||||
Q4: What is the production cycle? | ||||||||
(1)Simple designs, 3-10 work days; for complex designs, 7-15 work days. | ||||||||
(2)Bulk time, 15-30 days. For complicated designs, 30-45 days. | ||||||||
Q5: What is the shipping time ? | ||||||||
(1)For sample：By UPS, DHL, FEDEX, 5-10 days. | ||||||||
(2)For bulk: By airplane, 7-15 days, by ocean ship, 35-45 days. | ||||||||
