Spherika Baeri Caviar comes from Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). It is produced according to the Malossol method, which brings out its full flavour.
Tasting notes: Caviar with a medium persistence in the mouth, slightly iodised, intense and smooth, with fruity and mineral notes. The grains are medium-sized, with a creamy texture. Its colour varies from light grey to shiny black.
