Product Description
continuous catalytic reforming catalyst are high selectivity and low carbon deposition rate continuous reforming catalysts developed by petrochemical Research Institute in recent years. The catalyst has a slightly higher platinum content. This series of catalysts are suitable for reforming process of producing high octane gasoline, aromatics and hydrogen from straight-run naphtha, hydrocracked heavy naphtha, cracked gasoline, coking gasoline, catalytic gasoline, condensate and other raw materials. The characteristics of this series continuous reforming catalysts are as follows:
Good water and heat stability, excellent mechanical properties.
Good selectivity, high yield of C5+ liquid products, high yield of aromatics and hydrogen.
The carbon accumulation rate of catalyst decreases significantly. Under the same reaction severity condition, the carbon accumulation rate of catalyst decreases by more than 20%, which is conducive to the energy expansion of the old reforming unit, especially the regeneration capacity of the continuous reforming unit is limited, which has special significance.
