Q1: Are you factory or trading company?

We are orignal DONGYI/LONGFENG lighter factory in China with more than 10 branches.

Q2:What are the terms of payment?
30%deposit, 70% by T/T against B/L copy; or by L/C

Pls send us receipt or proof of payment so that our accountant can check from our account,we have many money ervery day so we need receipt  and proof.

Q3:Can you make products accoding to my request?
Yes, we accept OEM.Colors, Styles,whatever you want, we can do for you!

Q4:Do you offer sample?

Yes,samples are free to you,but shipping fee is on your account.

Q5:What is your brand?

DONGYI or DONYI,or you can your own brand.

Q6:Can you offer shipping documents including MSDS,MDGF,Customs documents,Original certificate or something else?

Yes,pls let us know what you needed before ordering ,we will provide suggestion accordingly.

Q7:How long of your prodcution time?

Usually it it about 20-30days after deposit being confirmed,if urgently pls tell us in advance so that we can make adjustments.

Q8:If I am new,can you provide suggestions accordingly?

Yes,of course we are very willing to help you.

Q9:Any extra cost for telex release BL ?

No,pls tell us you need original or telex release so that we can arrange asap after balance reaching our account.
