Perlite is a non-toxic, tasteless, non combustible, non-corrosive, acid and alkali resistant, thermal insulation, sound insulation and heat insulation product with honeycomb structure inside. Perlite is a white or light colored high-quality thermal insulation material made of acid volcanic glassy lava (perlite) after crushing and screening to a certain particle size, preheating and delayed sintering at a high temperature above 1400 ℃. Perlite can be prepared with different cements, such as hydrophobic perlite insulation board, perlite sound-absorbing board, partition board, fire board, etc.

Application
Due to the characteristics of perlite, perlite can be used for concrete bone; Light, heat preservation, heat insulation and sound absorption board; Building materials such as filler and mortar for fireproof roof and walls of high-rise building projects such as light antifreeze, shockproof, fire prevention and radiation protection.
Perlite used for filter aid and packing. The processed products can to make molecular sieve,filter agent and detergent; Detoxification, purification of waste oil, petroleum dewaxing, fractionation of alkanes and hydrocarbons in chemical industry, plastics and painting industry; Catalyst in chemical reaction and oil well grouting mixture
Perlite can transform soil, regulate soil hardening, prevent crop lodging, control fertilizer efficiency and fertility, and serve as diluent and carrier of pesticides and herbicides.
Perlite has good thermal insulation performance, perlite can used as ingredients for various thermal insulation, thermal insulation glass, mineral wool, ceramics and other products.
