"La Panna di Pa'", thanks to the innovative Pascal production process (covered by a national and European patent), is characterised by its excellent yield (100% overrun) and stability over time; it is processed respecting the natural characteristics of the product, without the addition of additives of any kind


Raw materials:
The high quality of all Pascal products is guaranteed, first and foremost, by the choice of excellent raw materials from the Piedmont region, in line with the company's decision to privilege the short supply chain in sourcing raw materials. The short supply chain, in fact, on the one hand avoids the decay of the raw material, (as happens during medium/long transport), on the other hand it allows the time elapsing from milking the milk to processing to be extremely reduced, thus ensuring an incomparable standard of freshness.

Variants:
Different fat titrations are available: Panna di Pa' at 38% and 35%, perfect for pastry preparations.
Panna di Pa' at 26%, is a cooking cream designed for catering professionals. The 26% titrated cream is also intended for the food industry, suitable for gastronomic preparations, produced in specific preparations, for the production of burrata and cheese products.

Panna di Pa' is also produced titrated at 23% and 17% fat. Pascal Srl is available to produce different preparations based on specific customer requests.
