1.Why choose heat transfer?
Some people worry about their customers cutting out labels with their branding on it. With heat transfers, your branding stays for dozens and dozens of washings and no one can rip it out! In addition, we have many customers using heat transfer labels to produce graphics and design on their clothing products.
2. Which delivery do you offer?
We offer DHL for fast express. It usually takes 3-5 days for your delivery.
3.Infant/Baby Clothes
If you are making baby clothes, especially for newborns, soft woven or printed labels could work very well and is often used. If you are really concerned about a label rubbing against an infant skin, then a heat transfer is best.
4. How do I order a custom transfer?
Just email us your custom transfer requirements and we will provide a digital proof of your transfer design along with a quote within 24 hours.
5. How to use the transfer?
① First warm up the machine;
② Take a sample and test whether the temperature is suitable;
③ Before tear off the paper, iron on reverse side again to make it firmer;
④ If you have a heat transfer machine, try to use the machine to iron. So as to ensure that the temperature and pressure meet the requirements, and the quality of the finished product is better;
⑤ If you use a household iron (note that it cannot be a steam iron), do not stay in one place for too long when ironing. Press back and forth evenly, and press the edges more time to prevent warping;
⑥ After ironing, try to wash after 24 hours;
⑦ Hand wash need avoid excessive rubbing. When machine washing, turn the clothes with the heat transfer side inside.
