Q1: I've never ordered patches before. How do I start?

A1: It's easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote, send your design and tell us how many patches you want to order. 

Q2: I already have a design, how can I send it to you?

A2: You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us a copy or mail us a picture. Our free quote is the preferred way. We accept all types of file formats; including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.  

Q3: What is your minimum / maximum order?

A3: We do not have a minimum or maximum order. When you order through us, we are able to make as few or as many patches as you need.  

Q4: What is your normal turnaround time?

A4: Normally, our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks, but high order quantity and/or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.

Q5: Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are manufactured?

A5: Yes, we offer a real sample photos  for you to approve before production with every firm order.

    This product is for macro photography of physical objects. Due to objective factors such as light, the product may have a certain color difference. In addition, because each computer monitor is different, the displayed color may also be slightly different, and the product is subject to the actual product. The price of fabric stickers is based on the size and number of stitches in the image. Some customers ask why the price of fabric stickers of the same size varies so much because different fabric stickers have different stitches and colors, resulting in different prices.
How to iron cloth stickers
1. First, place the cloth sticker in the position you want to apply it, with the hot melt adhesive side attached to the clothes (the adhesive cannot be removed). Preheat the iron and iron it from the front of the cloth sticker for 10-20 seconds to secure the cloth sticker in place. You can also use a needle and thread to fix the position of the fabric before ironing to avoid any deviation of the fabric.
2. Reverse the fixed position of the cloth patch along with the clothes (or other textiles) and iron the back for 30-60 seconds to ensure that the adhesive melts and the cloth patch firmly adheres to the clothes (or other textiles).
3. Finally, iron from the front for 1-2 minutes, mainly pressing the edges and corners of the fabric to ensure a smooth and smooth surface that perfectly blends with the clothes (or other textiles).
[ Precautions ] Cloth stickers with sequins, beads, rhinestones, silk flowers, and hair balls, as well as those embroidered with metal wire, should be ironed from the back first. After the cloth stickers are firmly fixed, the edges and corners should be trimmed from the front to avoid damaging the sequins or other accessories on the front. Clothes (or other textiles) should be kept dry, and there is no need to use an iron to spray water on the fabric or clothing during ironing. After ironing, the fabric patch can generally be tightly integrated with clothing (or other textiles) for a long time. If the fabric sticker falls off after a period of time, or falls off after washing, it indicates that the iron temperature is too low during ironing, or the ironing time is too short. It can be restored and the fabric sticker can be ironed again.
