Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A1. we are factory.
Q2. How to get a samples?
A2. Sample order is acceptable, please contact with us and ensure which sample do you need.
Q3. How about the packing & shipping?
A3. We have carton and foam for package, if you have any other requirements please feel free to contact with us.
Q4. Is it possible to add client's logo on the products ?
A4. Yes, OEM service is acceptable.
Q5. How long for mass production?
A5. Usually, it is 15-25 days after order confirmed and for special project,please discuss with our salesman for further information.
Q6. Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
A6. Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should be very close to our MOQ and only maximum 4 items assorted are followed per 20ft container, 8 items per 40ft container
Q7. How about the after-sales service?
A7. We will be online all day long, any questions please feel free to contact with us, we`ll try our best to help you.

A8.1) 30% advance T/T, 70% before shipment. 2) 100% L/C at sight;
