Description of Self Loading Concrete Mixer :
Self loading concrete mixer is combine concrete truck mixer with concrete mixer, self loading concrete mixer can automatic feeding, metering, and mixing to discharge, and more.
It can realize the transportation and site construction operations, which greatly improves the work efficiency, reduce production
cost and time.
Working processing of Self Loading Concrete Mixer :
Step 1. By charging scoop,small amount of sand and gravel is loaded into the mixing drum.
Step 2. Self-loading concrete mixer interior injected into water, when the supply water flow is completed, adding cement,
self-loading concrete mixer will run to the designated place to unload concrete, at the same time, the mixing drum will keep rotating to ensure that the concrete dose not condense.
Step 3. Mixing drum is equipped with the screw type of blade,, the maximum savings in working time and raw material.
Step 4. After working, the completion of the need for equipment to be cleaned to ensure that the normal work in the future.
