Q3: Could your company do OEM products? What format your company usually use if we want to send you our 3D drawings?
A3: Yes, we could do OEM and ODM according to the Client's requirement. We have our own graphic designer and 3D product designer. We usually use igs, stp, soliwork format.
Q4: What should I do if I want to add my logo to your product?
A4: You need to send us your artwork in high resolution. Our graphic designer will make a dummy/visual for, you just need to approve the final dummy/visual.
Q5: What is your delivery time?
A5: It depends on different products, quantities, and detailed requirements. Lead time 3-5 days if small amount. 10-20 days if 100-500pcs.
Q6: How does your company control the quality?
A6: We have OQ during production in the factory. Our QC will also conduct inline and final inspection for every shipment according to AQL requirements so that we could ensure all the products meet the quality requirements as well as your specific request.
