A: We are manufacturer with more than 15 years of manufacturing experience, our professional design team is releasing about 300 new designs per month.
Q: How do you perform quality control?
A: From raw materials to semi products and finished items will be tested for quality control by drawing certain percentage of items, by counting the rework and defective rate to control quality according to China industrial standard: GB/T 2828.1-2003. If required, we could carry out complete test and check, therefore each single product will be inspected before shipment. For the clients entrusted quality inspection manager located in China, we also support them to effect quality check according to AQL form. We could say a lot of attention is paid by the supervisors in QC management department. We also adopt the third party testing company to inspect the quality.
