Basic Information
Llypack can customize graphite slides (carbon sheets) of various sizes for dry vacuum air pumps and compressors. Installation Notes
1. Before installing and replacing the carbon sheet, clean the cylinder wall of the air pump without any residue.
2. Check whether the cylinder wall is damaged (if you encounter a bad carbon sheet, the hardness is too high and it will easily wear the cylinder
3. When installing the carbon sheet, be careful not to reverse the chamfering direction, otherwise the carbon sheet will be broken soon.
4. Regularly maintain the air pump bearings and add high-temperature lubricating oil. If the bearings are damaged, unexpected failures will occur and the consequences will be serious.
5. The air inlet filter element should maintain good working performance and be replaced and maintained regularly.
