1.What is the price of your service?
The exact price would be offered when the details of your goods finalized, like total Gross weight, total cartons quantity, Carton dimensions, Departure city & Destination city, Trade terms (DDU or DDP), etc.Meanwhile we promise that we are going to offer you a competitive price as we always do.
2.How & When should i pay the bill?
Normally we will charge you the transpotation fee about 3-5 days before the cargo ship berthing for sea freight or we will charge you before the cargo plane take off for the air freight.We suggest you pay us by bank transfer (T/T) unless you can only use some other payment thod and check more details with us.
3.Can you help me export the goods since my supplier does not have the right to do so?
Absolutely yes.We have our own export lisence and we are always ready to help you do the clearance and make sure all the goods you buy can be delieverd to the right place you design.
4.Can you pick up my goods cause the supplier doesn't want to take that part?
We would like to do it for you since your goods are in mainland China.What you need to do is to show us the complete address and we will arrange the rest of the plan.
5.Can you help to buy the insurance for my goods cause i cost quite a lot of money to purchase them?
Absolutely yes.We have always maintained close cooperation with local insurance companies and we can insure your goods if necessary.
