Q2. What's your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

A:The MOQ depends on the items, if we have in stock, 1 piece is available, but order 1 set sample for test at first is

acceptable too.

 

Q3. If I order a small quantity,will you treat me seriously?

A: Yes, of course. The minute you contact us, you become our precious protential customer. It doesn't matter how small

or how large your quantity is, we are looking forward to cooperating with you and hopefully we would grow tighter in

Q4. Can I pay a visit to your factory?

A: Yes. You are welcomed to visit our factory at any chance. Besides showing you around our factory,our new products.

we can also help you with booking hotel, picking up at the airport, etc.

 

Q5.How long is your production delivery time?

A:5-10 days after receiving your 30% deposit.

 

Q6. How does your quality control?

A: We have a professional QC team with 5 members to test the products and packages before delivery. We will control

the goods quality during all the mass production. we guarantee our customer 100% satisfaction on all our products.

Please feel free to feeback us immediately if you are not satisfied with our quality or service, if the product does not meet

the contract requirements, we will send you a free replacement or give you compensation in the next order. For foreign

orders, we ensure most accessories. In some special case, we will give discount as a solution.

A: We are face to the furniture manufacturing in the furniture, our clients whom are manufactiring the office chair, living

room chair, sofa, and we offer the accessories to them, for example the plywood, wooden leg, aluminum leg, mechanism,

gas spring. ect for chairs.

 

Q8. How long is the production lead time?

A: We usually have ready in stock and dispatch within 3 days. And some items needs production and lead time will be

10-15 days.

 

Q9. Do you offer customized product service?

A: Yes, customize product is available in our factory. We have our own technological and design team to study the new

item. Send your design pictures or idea to us, let us know your requirement.
