The boron doped diamond(BDD) not only has the excellent character of regular diamond, but also has the character of low resistance, good thermal diffusivity, higer Oxidating temperature and excellent character of semiconductor.
The boron doped diamond(BDD) not only has the excellent character of regular diamond, but also has the character of low resistance, good thermal diffusivity, higer Oxidating temperature and excellent character of semiconductor. So it has wide application range, well accepted in Electronic Manufaturing industry and deep processing industry.
The boron doped diamond(BDD) has the excellent performance in:
1. Heat Resistance(could increase the Hest Resistance temperature 200-250℃)
2. Chemical inertness(no cutting tumor during iron materials)
3. Wear resistance(special in hard and brittle materials, could improve the life time 2-4 times)
4. High impact resistance (the polycrystalline structure in polycrystalline bits seldom broken, better than ordinary synthetic diamond bits and natural diamond bits)
