Order steps
How to order from us?
1.Please send us an inquiry about the products you want
2. Choose a favorite style as your basic design and let us know your own requirements
3.Make 3D design according to your descrption
4. Modify the design based on your demand
5. Confirm order and send the 3D design to the mall manager and get approved
6. Draw construction drawing and you should check it carefully
7. Production follow on the confirmed design and drawings
Notice
You should let us know all your requirements in advance, so our designer will show all the details you want in the 3D design. And you should check the design and construction carefully. Because production is related to the drawings you confirmed. Once production, everything can't be change.
What's the process steps?
First, we need to use the basic material to make the shape of the kiosk
Second, Baking paint. Usually it have to do 3 paints to make sure it's the color you like
Third, add logo, light,cables, doors to the kiosk to make it more beautiful and good to use.
Then, istall the whole kiosk and test to make sure that every part works well.
Next, Clean the kiosk and package carefully.
Finally, ship to your final port
Package
We use bubble foam and plastic cover inside to protect the barber stations and furniture.
Outside use MDF export package boxes. And we will write numbers to distinguish if your furniture are different.
Shipping
There is 3 shipping method, by sea, by airplane or by train. We can help you choose suitable and cost-effective way.
You can also pick up goods from our factory directly.
Material Introduction
Basic Material
Salon stations uses MDF as the basic material. Workers cut the panels to different sizes then assemble the wood body, you can see the primary effect in this step
Baking paint surface
Surface treatment use glossy baking paint, it has a high end effect and smoothie touch. You can choose bright or matte effect according to the shop theme. Besides, you can choose color.
Sockets
We can add sockets and LED mirror on the barber station for better usage. Just let us know which voltage and sockets style you need.
Led light
