1.Q: Do you offer free samples ?
A:Yes , Free samples are available
2.Q: When did you run your factory and company?
A:Factory is started in the year of 1999
3.Q: What certificate do you have ?
A:We have ISO9001, FSC certificate, CE and CARB.
4.Q: Do you accept custom products?
A:Yes , all the plywood can be custom as your request , like the material , veneer , or others. OEM and ODM are both welcome .
5.Q: I want to make payment in L/C, is that ok? I don’t want to pay deposit, ok?
A:We need to get deposit 30% as meaning of confirming order at the beginning.
6.Q: Supply several kinds of products in your company?
A:We supplier Veneer plywood, Flame retardant board,Fancy plywood, Customized vertical plywood.
7.How about your delivery time ?
A:Generally , It will take 2 weeks after receiving your advance payment ,The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity
