Expanded Metal Mesh Angle Bead Reinforces Plaster / Stucco Corner
Expanded corner bead / Corner Bead / Plastering Bead consists of 2 expanded metal wings with a width of 2-5/8" or 3" and a solid metal nose. The wide wings are flexible and can be easily flexed over irregular, uneven surfaces, which makes it an ideal choice for irregular corners. Plaster keys near the solid nose provide reinforcement where needed most to ensure straight corners.
Expanded corner bead is designed to provide true, straight corners to avoid cracking and chipping while protecting edges from impact damage. It is often used for exterior wall corner reinforcement and protection.
