Product Description
RTV-2 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber
Product Description :HN-620A/B is a two-component liquid silicone material. Two components are mixed in a ratio of 100:2. This product is cured at room temperature.
Application:
Widely used in the production of sliced molds such as simulated food model molds, PU resin, unsaturated resin, polyurethane resin, resin handicrafts, wedding candles, plaster handicrafts, soap handmade soap, tire turning molds.
Main feature :
1.Two-component: liquid silicone rubber and curing agent

Operation method:
1. After shaking the curing agent (Part B), weigh the material according to the ratio of A: B = 100:2 and mix and stir evenly. The bottom and the walls of the container must be well scraped to ensure that the silicone and curing agent are fully mixed here.It must be stirred evenly. If not, it will affect the service life of the silicone mold.
2. Degas the well-mixed rubber under a vacuum, the vacuuming time should not be too long, generally not more than 10 minutes.
3.The mold can be fully cured after 4 hours at room temperature. Do not heat to cure. Even if you want to heat it up to accelerate its curing time, the temperature is not recommended to be higher than 100 °C. For best results, molds are best left for 24 hours before use.

Precautions :
1. RTV-2 mold silicone rubber is also called two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber; it has good flow behavior and good operability. Add 2-3% curing agent, the silica gel can still flow within 30 minutes, and it takes 2-4 hours for the mold to fully cure. Generally, the mold is placed for 24 hours before use. At this time, the performance of the mold is relatively stable in all aspects, and the use effect will be better. good. The finished mold has the properties of acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, low deformation and shrinkage rate, high temperature resistance, and good tear resistance. It is widely used in exquisite mold reproduction, resin, poly, gypsum, candles, handmade soap and other handicraft molds make.
2. This product is a white/translucent fluid liquid, and the hardness after fully curing is 20 degrees. If the customer is making a large product, a higher hardness silicone is more suitable for your product. On the contrary, if the product pattern is fine, you need to use softer silicone rubber
*The amount of curing agent added is determined according to the customer's requirements. The curing time is affected by the amount of curing agent added. The more curing agent is added, the faster the curing agent is; on the contrary, the less the curing agent is, the slower it will be.
