High Quality Automatic Manul Device Inflator For Inflatable Life Jackets With Military Standard
The inflator is a trigger device with water-sensitive fiber, which is mainly used to form an automatic charging system with automatic valves. Compared with the traditional triggering inflator, it is characterized by fast starting and strong power at low temperature. The inflator can be triggering within 2 to 4 seconds in a low temperature environment, and stable operation under high temperature, low temperature, high temperature and high humidity conditions. The inflator contains a powerful firing spring that provides 40% to 60% greater piercing energy than standard, improving the piercing success rate for cylinders of all sizes. Once the trigger is flooded, the water sensitive ring ruptured and released the firing rod will strike the automatic valve push rod forward, pushing the needle to Pierce the carbon dioxide cylinder. Matters Need Attention
1, no matter when it is enabled, the use of the trigger can not exceed the storage period, overdue timely replacement.2, trigger in extreme (high temperature and humidity) environment, must shorten the service life,
increase the frequency of replacement.
3, the automatic valve (trigger) should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated and temperature 0℃ ~ 30℃, relative humidity 40% ~ 60% environment. 4, when the trigger is removed from the storage environment or installed on the automatic valve to calculate the service life.
5. After the inflating equipment is used, do not store it in high temperature, high humidity and no air circulation environment (such as car trunk, closed locker, etc.) to avoid trigger error.
6, after triggering into the water, please replace the new trigger in time. The trigger is disposable and cannot be reused. It can only be replaced.
7, the trigger tail has a status indicator, indicating that the green represents the effective state. Red indicates failure and requires immediate replacement. 8.
