DM-194 100% silicone waterproof roof coating
DM-194, a professional grade 100% silicone roof coating, is a high performance, solvent-free, high-solids, water-free and asphalt-free building material, and also a non-slump waterproof sealant for construction. Meets waterproof requirements and is a sealant for horizontal surfaces. DM-194 cures at room temperature, and it forms a highly elastic rubber film that has excellent adhesion to concrete, metal and other coating material on the rood. It is suitable for painting on various roofs to provide waterproofing, heat reflection and cooling.

Product Applications
Applications
1. Building waterproof: used to provide long-term protection for structural elements in contact with the soil, such as basements, buildings without underground layers, foundations, floors, connectors, pipe casings from ground moisture, retained water.
2. Horizontal surface: DM-194 liquid is used to seal larger horizontal surfaces, such as foundations, floors, as a moisture-proof sealing material for commercial areas, and on balconies and terraces combined with screed and ceramic tiles. It is also suitable for filling settlement joints and expansion joints in commercial and industrial fields.
3. Precast concrete parts: DM-194 has high water-permeable concrete structural members with external stripe sealing, do not press water and ground moisture.
4. Substrate: Masonry, porous concrete/block, lime sandstone/block, precast concrete parts, concrete and watertight concrete. It is a one-component moisture-curing elastic sealant.
5. DM-194 liquid can be directly coated on slightly damp substrate without primer. Avoid standing water.

Application Tips
1.DM-194 is intended for use as a direct-bond, single pass silicone roof coating. Apply at a minimum rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 ft2 for a minimum Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of 22 mils. Application rates will vary by surface, porosity, and job conditions. The coating will be dry- to-touch in 2-8 hours and should be completely cured and a walkable surface in no more than 72 hours depending on weather conditions (such as temperature and humidity).
2.DM-194 should not be applied at ambient temperatures lower than 40 ̊ F. Be sure that all surfaces are not wet or damp and that rain is not forecasted during application window or for at least 1 hour after application has ended.
3.DM-194 can be used directly from the packaging. It should be stirred evenly with a short pile yarn roller. In corners and wall areas, as well as small maintenance work, you can use a wide brush or brush to apply. Pour DM-194 liquid directly from the aluminum bag onto the substrate, and then spread it with a trowel.
4.Prepare the substrate: The substrate surface must be strong, stable and flat, without any massive gravel, cavities, obvious cracks or burrs. The surface to be coated must be free of oil, template oil, grease, dust, sintered layer or other separation layer residues. The gaps in the masonry surface must be firmly filled and the edges must be rounded. Irregular masonry surfaces with a large number of exposed parts and cavities, as well as chips and defects should be repaired and filled or leveled before using DM-194.
