Q1: Can I get the sample before mass production?
A1: Some samples are not free of charge, but if we reach our minimum order quantity, the sample charge will be refunded to you upon your order. The freight will be borne by you. 
Q2: How do I get freesamples? 
A2: You can send an enquiry to ask if you can get a free sample of the product you want.
Q3: When were the samplesprepared?
A3: Accordingly, it will take 3-14 days after your payment. 
Q4: Which payment terms are accepted?
A4: We accept TT ,Escrow, Paypal, etc. You can choose the one that is most convenient or cost effective for you. 
Q5: How long will it take to mass-produce?
A5: To be honest, it depends on the number of orders and the season you place your order. About 25-30 days. We recommend that you place your order two months in advance of the required date. 
Q6: Can you do a design (OEM) for us?
A6: Yes. We have a team of professionals with extensive experience in product design and manufacturing. We can also manufacture products according to your design, please send us vector drawings, including PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, etc. (no less than 1500dpi, the higher the better) 
Q7: Can you do product testing for us?
A7: Yes, we can help arrange the test, but you will need to pay an additional test fee, please provide the test details before
placing the order, we will put the test fee in the order.
Q8: What to do when there are problems with the goods during the journey or at the destination? 
A8: We have an experienced and well-established team, and we are always in touch with you to solve problems and provide you with a satisfactory response.
