The high vacuum butterfly valve roommate actuator(pneumatic, electric) and the corner type butterfly valve body are made in two parts.
The actuator is a double-air-circuit cylinder as the letting body,
and accepts the(0.4-0.6MPa) air source signal pressure output by
the two-position four way solenoid valve as the driving force,
changes the air f low direct ion through the control element,
and executes the opening and closing movement of the cylinder butterfly valve.
