Products Description
Product description: WZS vibrating feeder using the principle of vibration feeding equipment, specially for the crushing and screening of coarse crusher before the uniform transport of large materials made. The machine adopts the structural characteristics of double eccentric shaft exciter to ensure that the equipment can withstand the impact of falling bulk materials, and the feeding capacity is large.
Application: Metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, abrasives and other industries crushing, screening combined equipment.
Applicable materials: Pass (with screening) ores and rocks with particle size not greater than 800mm for the next process
Processing capacity: 60-1000 T/H
Feeding size: ≤ 800mm
How it works:WZS type vibration feeder is mainly composed of vibration frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibration frame and motor. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts in a specific position to mesh with the gear, the device must make the two gears mesh according to the mark, driven by the motor, so that the two eccentric shafts rotate, resulting in a huge synthetic linear exciting force, so that the body makes strong vibration on the support spring, the material is driven by this vibration, sliding and throwing motion on the trough.
