Product Description
KINTOP Thermal Insulation and Waterproof Coating is a multifunctional reflective sunscreen coating that integrates high reflection, sun protection, thermal reflection, insulation, cooling, radiation heat, cooling, constant temperature, waterproof, weather resistance, and protection based on nanocomposite resin as the basic material. Lower the temperature of the substrate by 20-30 ℃, and lower the temperature internally by 8-12 ℃ to protect the substrate and extend its lifespan.
Adopting a new high reflection technology with a reflectivity of over 90%, high reflection of infrared, visible, and ultraviolet rays, effectively avoiding the accumulation of solar thermal energy on the surface of the substrate, reducing the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the substrate, preventing heat conduction and radiation, and achieving a significant cooling effect with long-lasting constant temperature and energy-saving, reducing refrigeration costs.

Construction Process
▲Cleaning the base layer: Use a shovel to remove the dust adhered to the flat layer, and use a broom to clean the dust, especially the pipe roots, floor drains, and drainage outlets, which should be carefully cleaned.
▲ Use a rolling brush or paint brush to dip the coating evenly onto the surface of the base layer, without being too thin or too thick. It is advisable to apply a thickness of about 0.5mm.
▲Second layer of coating: After the first layer of coating is applied, when the coating is cured to a non stick state, a second layer of coating operation is carried out. In order to ensure uniform coating thickness, the direction of scraping must be perpendicular to the direction of the first layer, and the amount of scraping must be the same as the first layer.
▲Third layer coating: After the second layer coating is cured, the coating material is still stirred according to the material ratio of the first two layers, and the third layer is scraped. The recommended amount of scraping is 0.4-0.5kg/m2 each time, with a total coating thickness of about 1.5mm.
