Machine structure
Culvert concrete pipe making machine is composed of frame, lifting system, vibration system, mold assembly, electrical control and other parts.
Machine frame
The frame of the main machine adopts the dragon-shaped frame structure. The frame of main machine adopts dragon-shaped frame structure, which is made of proper hardened steel to make the main machine stable, vibration-proof and reliable.
Lifting system
The lifting system is composed of cycloid motor, 350 decelerator, lifting arm, lifting pin and positioning pin.
Vibration system
The vibration system of this machine is divided into two parts. The lower platform vibrator adopts two high-speed attached vibration motors, each with a power of 3kw. The upper platform vibrator adopts high-speed attached vibration motors with a power of 1.5kw. When forming, the lower platform vibrator and upper platform vibrator vibrate at the same time to make the concrete firm and dense.
