HPU103 food-grade polyurethane waterproof coating is a type of high-grade solvent-free environmental polyurethane waterproof coating. With environmental additive to replace the solvent additives make the HPU103 has excellent environmental character during and after application. It forms a high tensile strength, elongation at break and tearing strength seamless elastic membrane after fully dry.

USES

SUBSTRATES & APPLICATION
-Keep the substrates surface dry and without dust.
-Stir the HPU103 Food grade Polyurethane waterproof coating evenly with a roller.
-Two coats brush requested. After the first coat dry then apply the second coat in a perpendicular direction with first coat.
-Proper application temp is 5℃-40℃.
-Dry time is 24h-48h with temp 23℃.The lower temp, the longer dry time.
-Stir the HPU103 Food grade Polyurethane waterproof coating evenly with a roller.

APPLICATION
-ANY OTHER SOLVENTS ARE FORBIDDEN TO ADD INTO THE HPU103. 1%-5% XYLENE COULD BE ADDED TO ATTENUATE THE COATING IF YOU THINK IT TOO
VISCOUS AND THICK. MAKE A SMALL TEST TO CHEKC IF THE COATING DRYS WHEN ADDING YOUR OWN XYLENE PRIOR TO LARGELY ADD LIKE THAT. STOP

CLEANING
Remember to clean all the brushes, rollers or sprayer, hoses with gasoline or acetone Immediately after one work done.

The HPU103 food grade waterproof coating membrane must be fully cured before a raining, foggy weather comes. Please do not apply in a raining, snowing condition.
