A3: With our CAD systems we can accept following files:
STP, IGS, DXF, DWG , STL, X_T, UG files, etc.
Q4: When can I get the price?
A4: Normally quotation would be submitted within 24 hours after receipt of your inquiry, If it's very urgent, please shoot us an email or give us a call, we will do it as priority.
Q5: How long is the lead time?
A5: It depends on product, size and part structure, Our normal lead time is 30-45 days.
Q6: I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A6: Samples or an idea or a sketch will be good too, My engineering department can design the 3D drawing on the new project.
Q7: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A7: We are specialized in high quality products, We have QC to inspect the products before each shipment. You can come to visit our factory or ask a third party for inspection.
Q8 How could I pay them?
A8: T/T, Credit card or Alibaba payment are acceptable, Just let us know which is convenient for you.
Q9: Which shipment way is available?
A9: a, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.
