Ø Q: What is your delivery time?

A: The delivery time depends on selling season period. Generally, the busy season

is from March to September. In this season, the estimate delivery time is 45 to 60

days from order date. On the other hand, the estimate delivery time is about 20 to

30 days.

Ø Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: If your order is not OEM, the MOQ is one 20 GP container loading quantity. For your

reference, 20 GP container could load about 600 pcs of brush cutter (Separate Package).

If the order is OEM, the MOQ is 1000 PCs for any package types.

Ø Q: What is the warranty?

A: We provide 1-year warranty service. The effective date is from the container arrive

at your destination port. If there is any complain of quality issues which are not caused

by human facts, please send us a diagnostic report (no particular format) includes as

many details as possible, such as picture, video, description, etc. After our technicians

analyzing and confirming the quality issues, we will provide the spare parts or the machine

for free.

Ø Q: Do you provide samples?

A: Yes, The sample fee is 20% higher than the quotation. Also, the express freight should

be paid by customer. If you place a large quantity order (more than 500 pcs). We will deduct

the sample fee and freight on your total amount.

Ø Q: What kinds of payment term do you accept?

A: We accept T/T, L/C. T/T, 30% deposit for confirming the order, 70% at sight of Bill of Landing within 10 days

L/C, sight letter of credit and irrevocable. The last shipment date should be at least

15 days more than the estimate delivery date
