Neutral Lactase is a kind of lactose hydrolase that is refined and extracted through deep fermentation culture in Kluyveromyces lactis, followed by microfiltration, ultrafiltration and vacuum freeze-drying techniques. It is suitable for decomposing lactose in dairy products under neutral conditions.




Lactase hydrolyzes lactose to glucose and galactose for processing milk and whey to produce low-lactose milk and low-lactose dairy products. It is used to treat lactose intolerance. Lactose is the main sugar component in milk, and its content is about 5%. Many people lack lactase, which makes it difficult for them to digest milk. The dosage of neutral lactase for addition.
