Product Description
This is a water floor heating system working theory. This system include wireless thermostat, wireless hub controller, and actuators. The thermostat is WiFi wireless model, it connect with hub controller without cable. The thermal actuators are 230V Normally Closed type, and it is M30*1.5 size.

BOT306RF-WIFI-NR thermostat is WiFi wireless gas boiler heating thermostat, it controlled by Beok Home APP, and works with Google Home and Amazon Alexa. It has weekly programmable function. It without receiver because the hub controller instead of it.
Hub Controller
Beok CCT-10X is wireless hub controller, it work with BOT-X306 and BOT306RF-WIFI thermostat. It can control 8 actuators at one time.
Thermal Actuator
This actuator is 230Vac, Normally Closed type. Works with CCT-10X hub controller.

1. Are you manufacturer? Can I visit your factory?

2. Can I order sample for test? How long can I get a sample?
Welcome sample order and it will take 5-7 working days to get to you. When you place the formal order, we will return back the
sample fee to you?

Yes, we can customize the products for you. Including put your brand or logo on the products surface,
design your box, labels and manuals etc. Also we can design new products for you according to your technical requirements by our
processional R&D Team. We have good experiences on OEM and ODM service.
4. What is the MOQ of your products?
Frankly speaking, we can do any quantity for you(more quantity, more discount), just contact with us freely.
5. What about the estimated time date of the order?
For sample order, it will take 3-5 working days; for massive order, it will take 2-3 weeks; for OEM order, the ETD will
depends on the specific requirements of the order.
6. How long about the warranty of the goods?
For our products, we support 24 months warranty, during the warranty, if there is any unqualified, we will fix or replace
them for you freely.
7. What certification of the thermostats do you have?
All of our products has CE and ROHS certification, and for Wi-Fi products also has RED certification.
8. Which payment way do you support?
We support T/T, Paypal, West Union for USD and EUR payment, if you have other payment requirement, we can discuss together.
9. How about your After-sale service?
We have professional After-sale team in order to help our client to solve the problems include technical question, operation

-For Thermostats, we have the carton to put 32pcs/ 50pcs /72pcs, weight will be 7.5-10Kgs/ 13.5-15Kgs/ 21-23Kgs
-For Thermal Actuators, one carton have 100pcs; weight :11.5-12Kgs
-For Thermostatic valves, one carton have 60pcs ; weight:13.5-14Kgs
-For Valves; one carton have 24pcs, weight : 20-23Kgs.
11. What the shipment way do you have?
Our shipping terms including FEDEX, DHL, UPS,TNT, -By airplane-By Train-By Car- By Sea; also you can appoint your forwarder to
arrange the shipments, and we will support them on it.
