Description of beneficiation equipment: 

Our mineral processing equipment mainly includes stone crushing plant and grinding mill plant and beneficiation plant

Crushing machines cover: jaw crusher, fine crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, belt conveyor, vibrating screen, vibrating feeder, sand washing machine etc.

Grinding machine cover: ball mill, trapezium mill, vertical mill, superfine mill, etc.

Ore dressing machine cover: rocking bed, magnetic separator, mix tank, flotation machine and so on.

The specific ore mineral beneficiation flow is as follows:
1.The extracted ore should be crushed by jaw crusher initially. When it gets the reasonable fineness, it is transported into ball mill by elevating conveyer and feeder, and is milled by ball mill. The subtle milled ore gets the next procedure: Classification.

2.There is a theory that if the weights of solid particles are different, the sedimentations will be different, and the mixed ore can be classified by screw classifier. The classified ore  is transported into flotation machine by conveyer, and different medicines are added according to different characteristics of ore, so that the needed ore is separated from others.

3.Since the separated ore are wet, they should be dewatered by thickener initially, and then transport to filter dried by dryer.
