Q3. How do I get a sample?
A: If we have the product in stock, we can ship the samples out within 2 days and you need to pay for the shipping. If you place an order, we can refund the samples fee to you. It will takes about 7 days for us to make samples if we don’t have it in stock.

Q4. Do you accept custom designs and logo?
A: Yes, we can do custom design and logo, please send your design file (AI/PDF format) to our sales and we will make samples according to your request.

Q5. How long will it take to deliver?
A: The specific delivery time depends on your style and quantity. Generally within
35-55 days after receiving the full payment; If you choose the product we have
in stock, we can arrange delivery within 3 days.
