Strong MgO Floor board
The MgO Floor Board is popular in US, CA, AU, NZ, and European Marketing. Customers using it as subflooring or floor underlayment, because of A1 grade fireproof, high bending strength (19 mm can over 25 Mpa), termite resistance, mildew&mold resistance and waterproof.

Compared with the 90 degrees T & G, The tapered T & G advantage is that since the shape is a trapezoid, one side is small, the outside is bigger, so the bending strength is better and the tongue is not easy to break.

With Glue coating fiber glass mesh , the biggest advantage of Glue coated fiber glass mesh is that it's ageing resistant and very high strength, the quality will be same during 10 years.
1) Stronger – 16 mm MgO floorboards outperform typical 19 mm FC Floorboards and 19 mm MgO floorboards outperform typical 22 mm FC floorboards. Typical 19 mm FC floorboards have an average wet MOR (modulus of rupture) of ＞7 MPa. 16 mm MgO floorboards have a wet MOR ＞16 MPa. As a result, MgO floorboards can substitute thicker FC boards while still achieving a stronger floor solution.
2) Lighter – MgO floorboards are up to 7Kg lighter than equivalent, thicker FC floorboards. This results in easier handling and faster installation.
3) Cost Effective – By substituting thicker FC floorboards with thinner MgO floorboards, the builder can benefit from significant cost savings. Easier handling and faster installation will also reduce labor costs.
4) More Versatile – 16 mm and 19 mm MgO floorboards can be used internally, externally, and in wet areas. They can also be used for residential and light commercial applications. One board – multiple applications
5) Greener Production Process – MgO floorboards have significantly less embodied energy than FC boards.
6) Less Hazardous – FC boards contain high levels (up to 60%) of crystalline silica (CS). When inhaled as dust particles, CS is classified as a hazardous chemical. It can lead to silicosis and/or contribute to lung cancer. MgO boards contain only trace elements of CS which do not pose a health risk.

Second type Underlayment is not always available, but is mainly used for isolation and leveling, and does not require too much strength.
The feature of this type board is no high requirement on bending strength ,some time it only as Fireproof insulation layer

Packaging&Shipping
Before package, the board will be tested and inspected again by our lab and worker. Each of the board will be cleaned to make sure the board are clean and pick out any defect board.
We will use film to cover the pallets to avoid any mosiure during the transportation.
Use green PET package strapping - Bundle the boards and reinforce the pallets.

Finished Product Quality Checking
