Introduction of Premium sanding MGO board
The Sanded Mgso4 Board is composed of magnesium oxide (MgO), magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), bamboo filler, and reinforced with fiberglass mesh.different from standard mgo board , it include three layers
1. Slurry material :MgO Powder +MgSO4
2. Middle material :MgO Powder +MgSO4，Bamboo fiber ,Perlite
3. Sanding materials:MgO Powder +MgSO4，Bamboo fiber

The surface of the Sanded MgO board is same to standard mgo board, its backside undergoes a sanding treatment to achieve a smoother, flatter finish, enhancing its precision in thickness.
This board boasts A1 class fire rating, dimensional stability, and eco-friendliness, making it ideal for applications as a core or underlay material in composite boards and flooring.
Unique advantage of sanding mgo board
1-The sanded board has very small flatness error .
Standard mgo board thickness error :0.3-0.5mm
Sanding board thickness error :0.1-0.2mm .
For our sanding mgo board 3mm thickness error within is 0.06mm,4mm is within0.1mm
If the board is not flat, the glue will not be evenly applied, resulting in poor adhesion and bumps. If the board is to be flat, it will take more time and the cost will go up.
2-The internal structure of the board is much strong when laminating.
If the internal structure is not strong enough, the slurry material and the middle material

2-Premium Sanding mgo board for Subfloor
For Subfloor application , premium sanding mgo board is necessary , because its production process different , we could put different layers high bending strength glue coating fiber glass into the board production.
Thickness could be 18/19/20 mm
19mm MgO floorboards outperform typical 22mm FC floorboards.
3-Premium Sanding mgo board For exterior wall
If the board is used for exterior walls, the weather resistance and aging resistance requirements are very high, so high-density sanded board is a very good choice.

Before each batch of raw materials into the factory, laboratory test firstly, and make the quality report, If it is qualified

Pay attention to each details of the production process , Raw materials metering and mixing, molding/forming process, curing/solidify process, cutting and sanding process, and the cleaning package process.
After the production, we will conduct sampling tests on boards, and carry out strict testing on the boards from various aspects
such as density, strength, hardness etc.to ensure that the pass rate of each batch of boards reaches 99.8 %.

Raw Material are Qualified Top Grade
Mgo Powder is an important raw material of the mgo board, which determines the stability of the internal structure of the board. The higher content of active , the more fully the reaction and the more stable the structure of the board.
For magnesium sulphate ,very batch has a report and we will send it to SGS for testing every month or 2 months.
To reduce cost ,some factory use class B or waste chemical water
Use the bamboo fiber in the MgO sulfate board will make the board more stable in a high moisture environment.

Packaging&Shipping
Before package, the board will be tested and inspected again by our lab and worker. Each of the board will be cleaned to make sure the board are clean and pick out any defect board.
We will use film to cover the pallets to avoid any mosiure during the transportation.
Use green PET package strapping - Bundle the boards and reinforce the pallets.
