Round cross-section fine denier cupro fiber 50D cupro  +30D polyester composite filament for weaving  Asahi Kasei

Cupro(cuprammouium) a fine-denier, multi-holes artificial silk like fiber developed by Asahi Kasei Corporation from Japan, it has a circular cross-section without a skin-core structure. The fiber can withstand high degrees of stretching, resulting in very fine single filaments, typically below 1.33dtex (1.2 denier), and can reach as fine as 0.44dtex (0.4 denier). This gives the fabric a soft handfeel, a soft luster, and a silk-like sensation.

 

Cupro composite with nylon or polyester yarns can enhance weaving ability, reduce costs, and keep the excellent properties of cupro. Regular running specifications:50D cupro composite with 30D polyester filament , 70D cupro composite with 40D nylon filament , etc.  Customization is available according to customer needs.
