1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are humidifiers & diffusers manufacturer, we have our own factory based in Huizhou Guangdong, you’re welcome to do factory visit, just contact one of our sales members.
2. Do you only have RTS products? Oraccept OEM & ODM?
A: Most of our products are RTS and stock ready, you may order directly. We are also capable of taking mass order or OEM & ODM order, contact our sales with your request for a quick response.
3. How do you assure the quality?
A: We control the product quality by IQC, three tests on production lines, and 100% aging testing before packaging. 3rd party inspection can also be arranged if being requested.
4. What is your productivity?
A: Our productivity is around 500Kpcs per month.
5.Are your products conforming to our standards?
A: Yes, all of our humidifiers and diffusers have CE, ROHS, adaptors can require FCC.
6.What's your delivery time?
A: Generally,3~5 working days for sample/small RTS orders, 20~25 working days for mass & OEM orders.For lower cost courier service, like ePacket or EMS, please be noted of unexpected delays may happen.
7. What's your payment terms?
A: We encourage all of our buyers to use Alibaba Trust Assurance to place order, alternatively, for customize orders, we
accept T/T of 30% deposit in advance, balance of 70% before shipping.
8. How do you ship the goods?
A: RTS/Small orders usually go by DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, TNT, EMS, 4PX. Mass & Customize orders by Sea.
9. Is a remote control included in the unit price?
A:Because of a CR2025 cell battery inside the remote, it'll result in higher cost in courier service. So by default, we do NOT
include a remote with our diffuser, however, you may ask for it, with addtional cost, we'll be able to provide a remote control with/without battery to suit the shipping service that you've selected.

A: The price of this product and the freight price do not include any tariff charges.
