The #9420V/9480V filtering respirator is designed for applications involving fine non-toxic dusts and fibers. The respirator meets the requirements of EN149:2001+A1:2009 (FFP2 NR). It should be used to protect the wearer from solid and water based
aerosols only. The respirator can be used in concentrations of contaminants up to 10 times the Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL).

Cup Shaped Particle Filtering Half Mask Producing Line
There are more than 60 sets of cup shape mask producing machines with system of ultrasonic welding. The daily production capacity comes to 20000-50000pcs according to production schedule, so the scheduled order will be delivered efficiently.
Flat Folding Mask Producing line
There are more than 12 sets of flat folding mask producing machines , which is fully automatic. Daily producing capacity goes to50000pcs -100000pcs.
Professional and Accurate Testing Equipment
The most important in a production control system is the QC system. Every lots of mask will be checked under standard sampling system. The quality testing report will be done for both raw material and finished goods.
The mask efficiency is tested by 8130A, which is most accurate and fast testing equipment. Therefore ,QC team will well monitored the raw material efficiency to assure the quality of finished mask.
